Der musikalische Werdegang von Prof. Olga Bloch-Voitova begann in Odessa, Ukraine. Dort besuchte sie die Musikschule für begabte Kinder von Prof. Stoljarskij. In 1970 trat Olga zusammen mit ihrem berühmten Lehrer David Oistrach auf. Sie errang nationale Wettbewerbserfolge als Solistin, gefolgt von zahlreiche Schallplattenaufnahmen. In ihrer Studienzeit sammelte Olga erstaunliche Vielfalt von Erfahrungen sowohl als Solistin und Orchestrantin als auch erste Geige im Streichquartett. Im Jahr 1972 wurde Olga an der Moskauer Zentralen Musikschule am Konservatorium in die Klassen von Prof. Jankelevic und Prof. Glesarova aufgenommen. Anschließend setzte sie ihr Studium an dem Moskauer Tschaikowsky-Konservatorium fort, das sie mit besonderer Auszeichnung absolvierte. Kurz darauf, nahm sie die Stelle als Aspirantin bei Prof. Davidjan an. Im Jahr 1979 gewann sie den ersten Preis beim Streichquartett-Wettbewerb in Tbilissi. Es folgten zahlreiche Konzertauftritte in der ehemaligen UdSSR und Osteuropa. Ihre Karriere als Lehrerin begann in 1980 an der Moskauer Zentralen Musikschule am Konservatorium. Gleichzeitig unterrichtete sie am Tschaikowsky – Konservatorium, zunächst als Assistentin von Prof. Glesarova und später als Dozentin. Olga Bloch leitete mehrere Meisterklassen für Violine in Ungarn, ehemaligen Jugoslawien, Deutschland, England, Italien und Österreich. Heute unterrichtet Prof. Olga Bloch-Voitiva an der Hochschule für Musik in München. Ihre Erfahrung, ihre Ausbildung, ihre technische Perfektion, ihre Tüchtigkeit und die leidenschaftliche Liebe zur Musik, die sie an jeden einzelnen ihrer Schüler weitergibt, macht das Geigenunterricht zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
The musical career of Prof. Olga Bloch-Voitova has begun at the Stolyarsky Music School for highly gifted in Odessa, Ukraine. Already in 1970, she performed on stage with her teacher and mentor David Oistrach. During her school years Olga successfully participated in various national music competitions as a solo artist. Numerous studio recordings followed. In 1972 she was accepted to the Music School of Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory and joined the classes of Prof. Jankelevic and Prof. Glesarova. Upon her graduation, Olga continued her studies at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music where she graduated with a special honour award and accepted an aspirant position offered by Prof. Davidian. In 1979 Olga won the first price in the string quartet competition in Tbilisi. Shortly after, she travelled on concert tours through the entire former USSR and Eastern Europe. During her years of education Olga collected an astonishing variety of experiences as a solo artist, as an orchestra member as well as the first violin in a string quartet. In 1980, Olga accepted a teaching position at the Central Music School of Moscow Conservatory. Concurrently, she was assisting Prof. Glesarova at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Music. Olga has taught several advanced courses for violin in Hungary, former Yugoslavia, Germany, England, Italy and Austria. Today, she teaches violin classes at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich. Her great experience, technical perfection and passionate love to music are passed on to every single student, and that turns her violin lessons into one unforgettable musical and professional experience.
